Coco Loco

Perched in Pointe Milou, Coco Loco villa enjoys spectacular views over Lorient Bay and the ocean, enhanced each evening by breathtaking sunsets. Completely renovated, this exclusive retreat captivates with its distinctive architecture and heated swimming pool, which extends elegantly into the heart of the living area.

Inspired by Bali, the interiors combine refined woodwork, natural materials, patinated furnishings and warm tones. Open to the outdoors, the spacious living room offers exceptional views over the pool, the bay and the horizon. The dining area accommodates up to eight guests, while the fully equipped kitchen opens onto this welcoming reception space.

On either side of the semi-indoor pool, the terrace—with its inviting banquettes and armchairs—provides the perfect setting for relaxation, surrounded by lush tropical gardens and palm trees. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to create an intimate, elegant and deeply peaceful atmosphere.

Set across two levels, the four bedrooms each feature a king-size four-poster bed, a dressing room and a private bathroom. Some enjoy ocean views, while two interconnecting bedrooms are particularly well suited to families.

Coco Loco is an exceptional villa, ideal for an exclusive escape in Saint Barthelemy, combining privacy, Balinese-inspired design and unforgettable sunsets.
