How to RENT your property

After submitting our application, our agents, Clemence, Thomas and Augustin, will request a visit to your property to understand its unique characteristics and ensure that it aligns with the specific requirements of our unique portfolio.

Then, in order to be as impartial as possible and to act in your interest, we make an estimate of the rental value before you communicate to us the amount at which you wish to rent your property.

From there, if your property aligns with our portfolio and you still wish to entrust it to us, we will proceed with drafting a mandate in good and due form, taking professional photos with our photographer, and posting an online announcement of your property.

Once we receive a rental request, we ensure its legitimacy and communicate it to you. Then comes the first deposit as well as the security deposit, while we prepare everything before your guests arrive.
