Conditions of Reservation
The following terms govern the payment process for all bookings made through Bo-House. By confirming a reservation, you agree to comply with the payment deadlines and methods described below. These conditions ensure the proper processing of your booking and guarantee the reservation of your selected property under the best possible terms.
Payment
To finalize your reservation, you will need to pay an account corresponding to a percentage of the rent to be sent within a maximum period of 3 working days following your acceptance of the rental contract sent by our team following your reservation request. The entire rental balance, as well as the security deposit, must be paid no later than 1 month before the rental start date. Payments can be made by bank transfer or online via Stripe (on request).
Security Deposit
When reserving your accommodation, a refundable security deposit will be requested for your stay; the amount varies depending on the quality of the villa or apartment's services. This will be refunded to you after your stay if no incident occurred during it.
