In an elegant waterfront setting, Noto adorns itself with a touch of freshness and a decor inspired by the Sicilian way of life. An ode to the sunny and generous cuisine of Southern Italy, the summer menu is led by the young Sardinian Chef Emilio Giagnoni and is to be discovered during lunch and dinner, with a sharing concept inspired by Italian mezzé. The venue comes to life every evening from aperitif time with cocktails, and continues late into the night with live musicians and singers, followed by a DJ until 3 am.
