Step n°1
After submitting our application, our agents Ulysse and Augustin will request a visit to your property in order to understand its unique traits and assure that it fits within the bounds of our unique portfolio.
Step n°2
Then, in order to be as impartial as possible and to act in your interest, we make an estimate of the rental value before you communicate to us the amount at which you wish to rent your property.
Step n°3
From there, if your property fits into our portfolio and if you still wish to entrust it to us, we proceed with the drafting of a mandate in good and due form, take photos with our professional, and put the announcement of your property online.
Step n°4
Once we receive a rental request, we ensure the legitimacy of it, and communicate it to you. Then comes the first deposit as well as security deposit, while we prepare everything before the arrival of your guests.
