Conditions of Reservation

Payment

To finalize your reservation, you will need to pay an account corresponding to a percentage of the rent to be sent within a maximum period of 3 working days following your acceptance of the rental contract sent by our team following your reservation request. The entire rental balance as well as the security deposit must be paid no later than 1 month before the rental start date. Payments can be made by bank transfer or online via Stripe (on request).

Security deposit

When reserving your accommodation, a refundable security deposit will be requested for your stay, the amount varies depending on the quality of services of the villa or apartment. This will be refunded to you after your stay if no incident occurred during it.
